COACH HARRIS is the founder of Hi-Intensity Sports Concepts. He has worked with teams and athletes of every level around the world. Some of these places include Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Japan, Switzerland, Turkey, Cyprus, and Uganda.

Harris has worked with athletes even outside of the world of football. He has assisted several Top-rated Division 1 recruited Softball players. An All-American and USA National Team Rugby player. He has even worked with Featured Fighter Piotr Hallman with agility of the UFC. IN addition he has worked with preparing several NCAA Women’s basketball players.

While in Italy as the Offensive Coordinator and Associate Head Coach of the Milano Rhino’s, Coach Harris saw success, leading the Rhino’s to an offensive record breaking season in every offensive category. Besides breaking records with Stats, he led the Rhinos to their 1st winning season, making them a playoff qualifying team.
Coach Harris was the Head Coach of Les Spartiates of Amiens, France. His team broke many offensive and defensive French National records. As well lead the nation in offense. His team defeated Les Flash, the number one team in Europe, giving them their only defeat in 20 consecutive games.

While preparing for his voyage to France, Coach Harris assisted his local high school team Antioch Sequoits to an Undefeated record, conference championship, and Illinois State Semi-Finals game. Coach Harris was also the Passing Game Coordinator at Benedictine University. In which, his receiving Core set several individual and team records. John Gromer and Brandin Austin were All Conference Nominees for the Eagles.

Prior to this Coach Harris served as the Passing Game Coordinator and WR coach at Luther College. His Quarterback and two receivers shattered every single passing category at Luther College. Kyle Pearson was an All-American nominee and voted to the Aztec Bowl, in which he was 5th in the nation for receiving yards and catches.

Kyle and fellow receiver Brett Scheetz, were also All-Conference players. Luther College saw its single most offensive passing season. Luther ended ranked 4th in the nation in total offense. Mr. Harris served as Offensive Coordinator and QB, WR  coach at Trinity International University. While at TIU, Coach Harris receiving core and offense, saw similar results. Mr. Harris was part of an Offense that was ranked 4th in the Nation, that team also ended a play-off drought.

Nathan Endemano broke every single WR record at TIU. He was also an All-Conference player, and an All-American nominee. Mr. Harris also experience a familiar result while coaching WR at UW-Platteville. Matt Kent and Jason Leanord receive All-American status, while shattering the schools and conferences record books. Offensively, the Pioneers were ranked 3rd in the Nation.

Additionally, he has worked in front office roles in the NFL. Mr. Harris spent 4 years with the Chicago Bears, and was part of the staff that drafted Olin Kruetz, Brian Urlacher, Roosevelt Colvin and Mike Brown. He also spent time with the Cleveland Browns.

Harris is a native of Waukegan, IL. He attended Lake Forest College, where he also played football. He earned a Bachelors degree in Communications and Sociology.
